We threw the kitchen sink on this one! A layer of marinara sauce goes down first on our Gluten-Free Raised Edge Crust and is topped with a mixture of broccoli florets, sliced mushroom, orange bell pepper, black olive, garlic, onion, and spinach finished with a thin layer of prosciutto and shredded mozzarella cheese.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 - Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Raised Edge Crust
  • 1 Cup - Marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp - Garlic, chopped
  • ½ Cup - Spinach
  • 1 Cup - Broccoli florets
  • ½ Cup - Mushroom, sliced
  • ½ Cup - Orange bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ Cup - Black olives, sliced
  • ¼ Cup - Onion, sliced
  • 6 Slices - Prosciutto, thin
  • 1 Cup - Mozzarella cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
STEP 2. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the Gluten-Free Raised Edge Crust and layer vegetables in order of the ingredient list then top with the layer of mozzarella cheese.
STEP 3. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking rack and cook for 12-15 minutes until pizza is crispy and cheese is golden.
STEP 4. Remove from oven, slice, and serve immediately.
