A slice fit for a cowboy! The BBQ sauce is the base for a heaping pile of all-beef beef chili poured onto our Gluten-Free Raised Edge Crust topped with fresh jalapeños, sliced red onion, and Mexican three-cheese blend, baked until crisp and golden.
Serves: 4
  • 1 - Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Raised Edge Crust
  • ½ Cup - BBQ sauce
  • 1 Cup - All-beef chili
  • 1 - Fresh jalapeño, sliced
  • ¼ Cup - Red onion, sliced
  • ½ Cup - Mexican three-cheese blend

STEP 1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
STEP 2. Top the Gluten-Free Raised Edge Crust with the BBQ sauce and spread with the chili, then finish with sliced jalapeños, red onion, and Mexican cheese.
STEP 3. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking rack and cook for 12-15 minutes until pizza is crispy and cheese is golden.
STEP 4. Remove from oven, slice, and serve immediately.
