Mediterranean Garden Wrap
DescriptionOur Gluten-Free Wrap is highlighted by flame roasted peppers, grilled portobellos, roasted garlic hummus, spinach, sliced cucumbers and tossed in a Greek vinaigrette.
- 4 - Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Wraps
- ½ Cup - Roasted garlic hummus (or favorite flavor)
- ½ Cup - Roasted red peppers, sliced
- 2 - Portobello mushrooms, grilled or roasted and sliced thinly
- 12 Slices - Cucumber, seedless
- 4 oz. - Spinach
- 4 Tbsp. - Greek vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONSSTEP 1. Inside each Gluten-Free Wrap, spread 1 tbsp. of the hummus and layer a portion each of the sliced roasted red peppers and sliced portobello mushrooms, three slices of cucumber, 1 oz. of the spinach, and drizzle with 1 tbsp. of the Greek vinaigrette.
STEP 2. Tightly roll each wrap, slice on a bias, and serve immediately.
