BBQ Chicken Pizza

- ½ Cup - BBQ sauce
- ½ Cup - Grilled chicken, strips
- ¼ Cup - Red onion sliced
- ½ Cup - Smoked gouda, shredded
- ½ Tbsp. - Cilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONSSTEP 1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
STEP 2. Top the Gluten-Free Ancient Grain Crust with a smear of the BBQ sauce and layer with grilled chicken strips, red onion, and finish smoked gouda.
STEP 3. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking rack and cook for 12-15 minutes until pizza is crispy and cheese is golden.
STEP 4. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
