Sweet and tangy BBQ sauce spread onto a Gluten-Free Ancient Grain Crust, topped with strips of grilled chicken, red onion, cilantro, and shredded smoked gouda cheese, baked until golden brown.
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 - Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Ancient Grain Crust
  • ½ Cup - BBQ sauce
  • ½ Cup - Grilled chicken, strips
  • ¼ Cup - Red onion sliced
  • ½ Cup - Smoked gouda, shredded
  • ½ Tbsp. - Cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
STEP 2. Top the Gluten-Free Ancient Grain Crust with a smear of the BBQ sauce and layer with grilled chicken strips, red onion, and finish smoked gouda.
STEP 3. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking rack and cook for 12-15 minutes until pizza is crispy and cheese is golden.
STEP 4. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
