As a third generation family business, Venice Bakery has a strong connection to our ancestral heritage. We’re excited to reach back into humanity’s heritage to bring our clients an Ancient Grain offering. We can trace the roots of ancient grains back to the beginning of time, unchanged over the last several thousand years. These grains are an excellent and healthy option to refined grain products. We’ve chosen to use a blend of quinoa, amaranth, millet and sorghum to provide a unique and hearty gluten-free crust with essential vitamins and minerals that provides a good source of fiber.
