Being diagnosed as gluten intolerant back in October, a good tasting bread has been the biggest "issue. " I've tried several and my flatbread issues have been answered. I'm sure I'll be a Venice Bakery customer for life.

Our daughter Natalie was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when she was 18 months old. She had been eating gluten free now for 10 years. I have tried making my own crust from scratch, box mixes and buying several kinds of already made shells. We have wasted and thrown out more times than I can count on my fingers and toes!
My husband takes a van pool to work everyday from Bricktown and noticed a new Italian Restaurant. Can I say here that the shipment and delivery were so fast I was in shock! So I open my box to see the “shrink wrap” products all stacked up neatly, but thought to myself….here we go again with another bland cardboard tasting GF product!!! With that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach I reluctantly followed your instructions to brush with oil and topped with my favorite parmesan cheese and added some sliced black olives, popped it in the oven. When it was done I was still not excited to taste it, but cut into it and took a bite!
The pearly gates opened and I walked in, OMG this is the best tasting flatbread I have ever eaten.
